the staff was pleasant and supportive when needed. the room was comfortable and clean and had pleasant amenities like a coffee maker, and iron and ironing board, coat hangers, as well as a working microwave and shower, clean towels, wonderful duvet on the bed, working television with steady signal,working wifi, plenty seating and lighting. oh, and an access door to the outside and to the hallway, with a working vending machine.

Had stayed here before and you get what you pay for. If you want nucer than this place considering the location then you are really going to have to pay for it in Richmond. The staff is very friendly every time. Great location.
